Deliveries by consolidated transport is essential to review your order at the time of receiving it in the presence of the delivery person as a witness, and indicate the damages in the acknowledgment of receipt. With the signature of receipt of the merchandise, the customer accepts that he receives his order in perfect condition.
Our furniture has a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, thus guaranteeing the proper functioning and quality of your furniture.
To request or validate your guarantee, it is necessary to send an email to [email protected] including images and a detailed description of your claim.
The guarantee will only apply to the original purchaser and you will have to send your original invoice and identification by mail to validate your guarantee. If you do not have your invoice, you can present your order form.
In most cases, repairs are made at the destination location of the furniture. In the event that it is required by your company to repair the furniture in one of our plants, the guarantee does not cover the costs of collection or shipping, these expenses will be covered by the original owner in advance or, in your case, you will have to send the furniture to our facilities for repair.
Once the product is received at our facilities, it will be determined whether a repair will be carried out or if the repair is not possible, the furniture will be replaced with a new one.
In guarantees we are not responsible for variations in tones or colors, so the client is hereby notified that the furniture may vary in tone or color compared to the pieces he had acquired in the past or that are already in your address, so we limit ourselves to repair or replace the part without responsibility for variations or differences in shades.
For proper cleaning and maintenance of your furniture, only use a clean, dry or damp white flannel with pure water (Laminates, lacquers and other finishes), as well as glass cleaner (Glass). The use of any abrasive product, alcohol, solvent or household cleaner voids this warranty.
To extend the quality and duration of laminates, lacquers and varnishes, we recommend using furniture cream exclusively for wooden furniture.
In custom made productions, changes or returns are not accepted. Help us avoid errors by reviewing all the details of the quote, measurements, sizes, and accessories. Once this order is authorized and production begins, there are no changes to the proposed specifications.
